Convert all your Publisher files to PDF and Word, without Publisher
Microsoft 365 stopped supporting Publisher in October 2026, and subscribers can no longer open .pub files in it. Microsoft's bulk-conversion script only works if a licensed copy of Publisher is still installed. If yours isn't, send us the folder. You get every file back as a PDF and an editable Word document.

Your options, honestly
- You still have Publisher 2016–2021 or a perpetual licence: use File > Save As > PDF, or Microsoft's PowerShell script for whole folders. You don't need us.
- One or two files: free tools like LibreOffice Draw can open many .pub files. Expect layout shifts.
- Dozens or hundreds of files and no Publisher: that's what this service is for. We batch-convert, check the output, and flag the files that converted badly.
Questions
Will the Word files look exactly like the originals?
PDFs stay close to the original layout. Editable .docx files keep text, images and most layout, but complex designs (overlapping text boxes, special fonts) may shift. That's true of every converter, including Microsoft's own PDF-to-Word route. If the result isn't usable, you get a refund.
Which Publisher versions?
Most versions open fine, but older files vary. Send one sample file when you reserve and we'll tell you before you pay whether it converts cleanly.
What happens to my files?
They are used only to do your conversion and are deleted within 7 days of delivery.
Can I convert to Canva instead?
Canva doesn't import .pub files. Our PDFs can be imported into Canva, where text stays editable for simple layouts.
